The “CIVIL CYS” chronograph is a really early bird.
CYS” stands for “Cyrillic/Sand, and “3133″ for the equipped “3133.
The design is from the end of the fifties and encorporates this in color and style. This watch however was not as civil as it sounds, without additional telemeter and tachymeter scales it was also the perfect watch to wear in civil life and then a real symbol for that you made it in the SU. This “CIVIL” goes back in the STRELA history to where it all began. The beginning.
