Take good care of it, and it will give you many years of solid service. Nevertheless, our watch is a complex mechanical instrument made up of hundreds almost microscopic parts – if necessary, please service the watch at our workshop through our Customer Service, please send it back to us, or contact the dealer of you purchase. When your watch has ceased it´s warranty and you want to service it somewhere else, make sure that you have it serviced only by a skilled watch expert.

Service Repair Form:

If you want to send your STRELA back to us right away, please use this Service Repair Form (PDF) to send along with your watch together with a copy of proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. It is very important for us to gather a few details before we can proceed with a service. We need to know your contact details and a hint what might be wrong. It is not neccessary but a short eMail in that case with a name and an incomming notice would be nice. In case your 24M warranty is ceased (warranty repairs require copy of proof of purchase from authorized dealer) you will recieve a free of charge cost estimate at any time.
